As kids, we grew up desiring a few things, among which was: to be the fairy princess, dressed ourselves in all sorts of attires and even imagined what our Prince charming would look like. While for the men, if it wasn’t being a car race driver, an astronaut, then it would be whatever we saw our parents doing. The bottom line is we all wanted to be grown ups.

Good news is that we are all grown up. For some they grew just how they wanted to, becoming as successful as they wanted to. For some, its still a struggle. But one thing common to all is that, as we grow older we lose some of the youthfulness and radiance of our skin, making us wish we were young again.

Well, here are some compiled lists of food, with sufficient anti- aging components to help you re- vitalize your skin and improve your immune system, no matter how many years you may have lived.
